At SunJack, orders are eligible for return within 30 days of the order delivery date. If 30 days have passed since the order was delivered, a refund or exchange cannot be offered. For domestic US orders, return shipping is free and a return shipping label will be provided. For international orders (outside the US), customers are responsible for return shipping and all shipping fees, duties, taxes, and related charges must be pre-paid. The returned item must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Refunds are issued only to the original form of payment. All shipping costs paid during the original purchase are non-refundable. Only regular, full-priced items may be returned. All sale items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned.

As for the shipping policy, SunJack offers free domestic shipping on all orders. Most shipments leave their facility within 1 business day of when the order is placed. A tracking number is provided for each shipment. For international shipping, the cost is calculated based on real-time USPS carrier rates. Delays for local custom clearance may occur and are not included in the transit times. Customers are responsible for any duty and custom fees (import charges) when the package arrives. If packages are refused for failure to pay import fees, the customer will be refunded the amount paid for the items less all shipping and any additional fees associated with returning the package to SunJack. Individual lithium-ion power bank batteries are only available for standard shipping to the Domestic Continental US. Expedited (2nd Day Air) is not available as a shipping option for orders containing an individual lithium-ion power bank battery. These orders do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or International locations.
